International Chamber of Commerce in Paris seeks a French-speaking Deputy Counsel to assist in Dispute Resolution Services and support French cases. You will review arbitration documents, prepare memos, and liaise with arbitral tribunals on case management, ensuring smooth communication and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in international arbitration (including internships).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Formal legal qualification is not essential if sufficient training/experience is shown.

Responsabilités

• Review arbitration requests and documents filed by parties and arbitrators.
• Prepare memoranda and agendas related to arbitral proceedings.
• Communicate with parties and arbitral tribunals on case management.
• Answer general queries about the ICC arbitral process by phone and email.
• Monitor the financial aspects of the arbitrations handled by the team.
