What You'll Do
  • Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone.
  • Help clients grow their business by guiding them through digital advertising tools and strategies.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products.
  • Identify trends, analyse issues, and provide solutions for multiple SMB clients.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and offer recommendations to improve their advertising performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure satisfaction across every interaction.
What Were Looking For
  • Native level in French and strong English skills (B2 minimum).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Comfortable working in a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday) and in a fast-paced environment.
