FH Collective Academy in Cannes is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for the French Market. The role is based in Athens with hybrid office options and relocation support to Greece.

You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, drive growth through upselling, and deliver strategic insights. The ideal candidate speaks French and English, excels in consultative sales, and has experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer success is preferred.
• Proven ability to upsell and manage client relationships.
