FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Account Manager to drive growth on the French market from Greece. The role focuses on B2B client management, upselling, and delivering strategic insights while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Athens office.

Relocation support to Greece is provided along with a competitive package: up to 1750 EUR gross per month paid 14 times a year, performance bonuses, and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (B2+).
• Proven B2B sales or customer success experience.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Drive growth through cold calling, upselling & relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and strategic insights.
• Collaborate in a hybrid Athens office setup.
