Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for the French market with relocation support to Athens, Greece. Fluency in French and English is essential, and experience with CRM systems is valued.

You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, drive growth through cold calling, upselling and relationship building, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with strategic insights in a hybrid Athens office setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (B2+).
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and consultative sales mindset.
