CB Talents SP is hiring a customer support agent to handle inbound interactions in French, with English as a secondary language. You will assist with product usage, basic troubleshooting, orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French
• Provide product usage and basic troubleshooting support
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
• Deliver after-sales and account-related support
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Escalate complex cases and follow resolution procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
