Cross Border Talents in France seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat and digital channels to understand needs and guide customers from first contact to resolution.

Based in Hauts-de-France, Roubaix, join a dynamic international team with relocation support and onsite office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Proactive and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
