About the Role :

We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

1 . Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements :

1. Fluency in French and English.

2. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

3. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.

4. Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
