Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand and relocate abroad. The role is on-site in Lyon with relocation to Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria for eligible candidates.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with products and orders, and escalate issues when needed. Fluency in French and English, a customer-focused attitude, and basic CRM skills are required.
