FH Collective Academy in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Content Moderator to join on-site with relocation support and accommodation from day 1. You will monitor content, enforce guidelines, and support a safe online community while working with a diverse international team.

Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is also required. Previous moderation experience helps, but is not mandatory, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• French native or fluent (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platform.
• Ensure user accounts and content meet community guidelines.
• Review and take action on sensitive advertisement materials.
• Maintain high quality standards and enforce policies with objectivity.
