FH Collective Academy is hiring a French-speaking Content Moderator to work on-site in Porto, Portugal. The role includes full relocation support, accommodation from Day 1, and paid training. You will monitor and regulate content, ensure guidelines are met, and handle sensitive materials with accuracy and empathy.

Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2) is required; prior moderation experience is a plus but not necessary. Rotation shifts apply, and a friendly, international team welcomes you.

• French native or fluent (C2) level.
• English fluent (B2) level.
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platform.
• Ensure user accounts and content meet community guidelines.
• Review and take action on sensitive advertisement materials.
• Maintain high quality standards in every case reviewed.
• Enforce content policies with accuracy, empathy, and consistency.
