iO Associates is seeking a hands-on Mechanical CAD Designer with Siemens NX experience to join an engineering team in France.

The role focuses on turning engineering requirements into manufacturable designs, creating 3D models and technical drawings, and supporting design reviews and testing as needed.

You will interpret specifications, consider materials and manufacturing processes, and contribute to final product quality.

Are you a hands-on Mechanical CAD Designer with strong Siemens NX experience?

We’re looking for a skilled mechanical design professional to join an engineering organisation on an ASAP basis. This is a hands-on role focused on turning engineering requirements into accurate, practical and manufacturable designs.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating 3D mechanical designs and models using Siemens NX
• Producing and updating technical drawings and documentation
• Translating engineering specifications into practical design solutions
• Supporting design reviews and design modifications
• Considering materials, manufacturing processes and design constraints
• Supporting testing, validation and qualification where required

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in mechanical CAD/design
• Experience with 3D modelling and technical drawings
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret technical specifications
