DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking Local Community Recruiters to support a 4-5 week remote recruitment project in France. You will use local networks to identify and engage native French speakers with regional accents, focusing on adults 42+ and parents of children 7-17.

Candidates should be based in or connected to North/Northeast or Southeast/Southwest France, fluent in French and English, and able to work 10-20 hours per week.

Formación

• Based in or connected to North/Northeast or Southeast/Southwest France.
• Fluent in French (France) and proficient in English.
• Able to work remotely 10-20 hours per week.
• Strong local networks and community connections.
• Experience in recruitment for research studies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential participants in the targeted regions.
• Leverage local networks, associations, and referrals.
• Explain study requirements, enrollment, and compensation clearly.
• Support candidates through registration and task completion.
• Maintain outreach records and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with DataForce Sourcing and adhere to privacy guidelines.
