• Analyze sales and operational KPIs to identify opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their primary business contact.
• Lead regular business reviews and create action plans to improve sales, profitability and productivity.
• Influence partner decisions through data-driven recommendations and commercial insight.
• Support partners in optimizing assortment, inventory management and store productivity.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Share best practices across the partner retail network.
