Job summary

Apollo in Paris is seeking an Associate to support Wealth Management coverage in France within its GWMS team. The Associate will partner with the EMEA GWMS team to drive regional sales and coordinate with US and APAC counterparts on joint initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a top-tier undergraduate degree, and fluency in French. You will manage investor materials, participate in roadshows, and maintain Salesforce/CRM records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sales, marketing, or investor relations experience at either an alternative asset management firm, or investment bank.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
• French language fluency is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial markets; knowledge of private markets landscape preferred.
• Takes initiative and is accountable for driving processes to conclusion.
• Superior interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationships/credibility with external clients.
• Excellent ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial, self-guided work ethic with results-driven orientation.
• Excels in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment; effectively prioritizes and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with and support senior EMEA GWMS team members on capital-raising efforts in the region.
• Collaborate with global product specialists and investor relations teams to coordinate information for LP requests and marketing materials.
• Manage investor research and compile materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitches.
• Keep abreast of latest product performance updates, proactively providing aftersales for all products with a specific emphasis on evergreen products.
• Lead operational support on product structuring, marketing/event requests, and updates to marketing materials.
• Attend research meetings and compile organized summary notes, clearly articulating all follow-ups and deadlines.
• Own management of Salesforce/CRM activity and related data requests.
• Provide excellent and professional client service, always representing Apollo’s core values.
• Meaningfully contribute to strategic dialogue and collaborate effectively with CPS colleagues, investment teams, and external partners.
• Grow into taking ownership of client accounts and building relationships across industry networks.
