Lamb Weston EMEA seeks a Trade Marketeer FRANCE to drive marketing and trade marketing initiatives in France, supporting LW value and volume goals. The role sits between EMEA Marketing and local Sales, coordinating Pull and Push campaigns and enabling a consultative sales approach.

You will partner with Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager, align launches with customers, and help shape the annual operating plan. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication or Category Management.
• 5 years of marketing experience in Foodservice in the country; FMCG is a plus.
• Understanding of channels and customers.
• Strong communication skills and negotiating ability.
• Willingness to travel within the country and to the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Execute and implement marketing and trade marketing initiatives to support LW value and volume ambitions in the assigned country.
• Deploy local campaigns in line with EMEA guidelines and campaigns.
• Improve effectiveness of Sales Funnel steps to generate qualified leads.
• Enable sales team with consultative selling.
• Develop pull & push trade marketing plans and activations in FRANCE.
• Contribute to long-term Route to Market strategy and focus segment initiatives.
• Coordinate launches and campaigns timing with customers and sales team.
• Support country Annual Operating Plan development.
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in the channel across regions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
