Job summary

RTB House in Paris is seeking a Technical Account Management Team Leader to steer a technical support team, oversee RTB advertising campaigns, and coordinate with sales, account management and engineering teams. You will report to the Country Manager in France and the Head of Global Technical Support in Warsaw.

The role requires 7+ years in digital marketing with 2+ years in leadership, plus strong knowledge of online campaign management and debugging tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, in technical roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing senior team members.
• Strong knowledge of online campaign management.
• Knowledge of Firebug, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts.
• Fluency in English; French fluency mandatory for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for technical support.
• Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology.
• Collaborate with local sales managers and account managers, as well as technical teams across the company.
• Develop tools and procedures to improve the work of both your own and other technical teams.
