Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Pricing Lead for France within DePuy Synthes France to drive pricing strategy, manage rebates, and ensure SOX-compliant finance processes. This hybrid role reports to the Commercial Capabilities Lead and requires strong leadership across international teams.

The incumbent will craft pricing models, analyze profitability, and partner with Sales/Marketing to deploy price lists while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, business or data analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of pricing/finance experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in international environments and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Pilot analysis, calculation, validation and reporting of rebates, evaluating financial impact by activity and product line.
• Ensure accuracy of rebate models and provisions, fully SOX compliant.
• Communicate proactively to management on financial impacts, variances, risks and opportunities related to rebates.
• Track and analyze KPIs and produce ad hoc analyses to measure price target achievement.
• Evaluate existing pricing models, rebate structures and client agreements to identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Formulate recommendations of alternative pricing models (price, rebates, contractual structures) to secure strategic accounts and support bids.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to update and deploy price lists with documentation.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting and profitability analyses.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in pricing methodologies.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€53500,00 - €85790,00
