Qualifications

• Qualified Expert-Comptable registered or eligible to act as Responsible Expert-Comptable in France.
• Strong technical knowledge of French accounting, tax compliance, professional standards and AML obligations.
• Significant experience leading accounting, tax or corporate services operations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as President and Responsible Expert-Comptable, ensuring compliance with professional, ethical and regulatory obligations of an OEC-regulated practice.
• Own the operating model for corporate services delivery, ensuring quality, timing and control standards.
• Lead regulatory inspections, AML oversight and respond to inquiries with senior oversight.
