BioTalent is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to support restructuring activity and ensure compliance with French employment law across France.

The role focuses on leading reorganisations, managing collective consultations, and advising senior stakeholders on organisational design during an international transformation programme. Remote with occasional travel, contract-based engagement.

• Specialist HR professional with extensive experience in reorganisations and restructures.
• Proven ability to manage collective consultation processes and labour relations in France.
• Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support organisational restructures and reorganisation programmes across France.
• Manage collective consultation processes and workforce change initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on French employment law and employee relations matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on organisational design and workforce planning activities.
• Work closely with employee representative bodies and other key stakeholders.
• Support communications and engagement activities throughout periods of organisational change.
• Conduct formal employee meetings and provide day-to-day HR support during transformation programmes.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with French regulatory requirements.
• Fluent French and English.
• Significant experience leading organisational restructures and reorganisation programmes in France.
• Strong understanding of French employment law and labour regulations.
• Proven experience managing collective consultation processes, social plans, and workforce change programmes.
• Experience working with employee representative bodies and labour relations matters.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience working within international or matrix organisations.
• Previous involvement in large-scale transformation programmes.
