ERM Agchem client in France near Toulouse seeks an experienced EHS specialist to lead compliance and safety initiatives on site. You will bring 10+ years of EHS expertise, with ICPE, machine safety, energy isolation, and forklift safety, and work closely with local management to align with global safety standards.

You will support the EHS team to implement projects, strengthen the safety culture, and develop an improvement roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience
• Ability to support local management on key EHS priorities
• Support EHS team in implementing projects and safety culture
• Contribute to development and execution of EHS roadmap
• Initial secondment of 6 months on site (full-time)
• Proficiency in English and French
• Strong understanding of French regulatory requirements
• Environmental regulations knowledge desirable
• Provide regular daily and weekly project updates to ERM team

Responsabilités

• Lead site EHS program alignment with global safety deadlines
• Support site leadership to close compliance gaps and enforce life-saving rules
• Provide updates and reports to ERM project team
