Huge Dental in France is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the region. You will develop regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build partnerships with dental clinics, DSOs, Lab Groups, and distributors to expand market share.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in dental or medical sales, a proven track record of hitting targets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with HQ, marketing, and operations to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental/medical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the local dental market and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions meeting needs of DSOs and Lab Groups.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing to align regional demands.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at dental clinics and laboratories.
• Act as primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with HQ sales team, the marketing team and product teams to develop regional campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
