Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services or related sector.
• Proven track record of country/platform leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with client development skills.
• Deep knowledge of French financial services, governance, AML and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for Apex Group’s French business, ensuring clear strategic direction and alignment with Group priorities.
• Develop and execute the France strategic plan with emphasis on growth, market positioning, client retention and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure governance, risk oversight and regulatory compliance across the French platform.
• Lead budget delivery, revenue growth, profitability, margin management and financial performance of the French business.
