Job summary

MyDefence in Paris is seeking a Commercial Director to own the French market's growth. You will identify and pursue B2B and B2G opportunities with the French Armed Forces, DGA, and critical infrastructure operators while building strong customer and partner networks.

You will lead bids and framework applications, support negotiations, maintain CRM/forecasts, and coordinate demonstrations with Field Application Engineers, traveling across France and Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, engineering or related field.
• Significant commercial experience in complex, relationship-driven markets with long sales cycles.
• Experience with defence and government procurement.
• Ability to collaborate across an international organisation headquartered in Aalborg.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of MyDefence's commercial growth in France.
• Identify and pursue B2B and B2G opportunities with the French Armed Forces, DGA, law enforcement and critical-infrastructure operators.
• Build customer and partner networks, lead bids, proposals and framework applications.
• Support contract negotiations, keep CRM and forecasts accurate.
• Deliver demonstrations with Field Application Engineers and represent the company at events.
