All Interests Aligned is seeking a France-based Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner) to lead the acquisition and ongoing management of a high-potential SME through its MBI program. You will become a CEO-owner with backing from experienced investors, guiding origination, deal closing, transition, operation, and exit across the acquisition lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a general management role with full P&L accountability.
10–15 years post-undergraduate professional experience.
Hands-on operator with direct P&L accountability in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of the French business environment and culture.
Proven track record in a sector aligned with AIA's investment thesis.

Responsabilités

Lead the acquisition and management of a France-based SME within the MBI program.
Coordinate with AIA investment professionals during due diligence and deal structuring.
Oversee transition to CEO-owner with governance, reporting and compliance.
Drive value-driven growth across operations and strategic initiatives.
Plan and execute an exit strategy with investors to maximise returns.
