All Interests Aligned (AIA) seeks seasoned operators to join its Management Buy-In program in France. As Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner), you will lead the acquisition and full management of a family-owned SME, supported by investors who have built and run businesses themselves.

From origination through exit, you’ll receive structured backing, with compensation during origination, due diligence and governance support, and a clear transition plan to become CEO-owner in France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability.
• Total post-undergraduate experience 10–15 years.
• Hands-on operating background; not purely advisory or financial services.
• Fluent in the local language with strong regional network.
• Industry knowledge aligned with AIA's sectors and priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and leadership capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead acquisition and management of a high-potential SME in France.
• Partner with AIA investors to drive governance, strategy and value creation.
• Navigate origination to deal closing, transition, and ongoing operations.
• Prepare and execute an exit strategy in collaboration with AIA.
