Calibre Scientific Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its Molecular Biology commercial team in France. The role targets promoting molecular biology products to hospitals, labs, and pharma customers, while building relationships and driving revenue.

You will work with experienced colleagues, develop opportunities, and contribute to achieving targets, with 50-70% travel within France and some travel to Belgium/Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a biology background with working knowledge of molecular biology.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lab research, or customer-facing roles in life sciences.
• Previous experience in molecular biology lab techniques is highly desirable.
• Internship or commercial exposure within the life sciences industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote and sell Molecular Biology products and solutions to hospitals, labs, research and pharma customers.
• Build customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
