Becton Dickinson (BD) is seeking a Field-based Business Development & Sales Manager for France, based in Grenoble or other major cities with strong transport links. You will steer growth across pharma, MedTech, industrial, and care segments, while managing a France-based inside sales professional and developing a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of sales management in medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven customer-facing sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and growth.
• Strong people leadership and coaching experience.
• Solid understanding of the French healthcare market.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth with segment-specific strategies and opportunities across BD's MDS portfolio.
• Lead a team of five sales professionals and one inside sales/customer support member in France.
• Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate multi-year agreements.
• Shape commercial strategy through market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Forecast, plan territories, and track financial performance.
• Collaborate with BD units to identify cross-functional growth opportunities.
