Job summary

ClearCorrect Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team across France, building strong relationships with dental professionals and steering regional revenue growth.

You will manage Territory Managers, coordinate with marketing and education, and ensure strategic execution with a focus on compliance and effective field leadership. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or orthodontics sales, strong leadership, and the ability to travel extensively (over 60%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in business/management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in healthcare or orthodontics with a strong sales track record.
• Experience with consultative selling style and ability to generate opportunities across the sales cycle.
• Ability to articulate and action lead generation from initial contact to closing.
• Proficient in using data to build a solid business case for opportunities.
• Extensive people management experience with performance development of teams.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-line growth and optimize regional investments, ensuring robust sales forecasting and full pipeline visibility.
• Execute the sales strategy with KPI tracking, campaigns, and clear prioritization communication.
• Develop quarterly territory plans and report execution in Straumann reporting and CRM systems.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers to sustain high performance and adaptability.
• Collaborate with marketing and education to support branding, launches, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain an external network of customers, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Lead customer negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulations.
• Perform joint field visits for coaching and skills enhancement.
