Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Manager, Packaging Platform, Scale & Innovation (Fragrance) to drive the development and industrialization of fragrance packaging platforms across brands. You will translate platform strategies into manufacturable packaging solutions, guide design, prototyping, validation and launch, and embed platform thinking into daily packaging development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or related field.
5–8 years in packaging development within fragrance/cosmetics.
Hands-on experience with packaging components, materials and manufacturing processes.
Experience with glass, pumps and decorative components.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead fragrance packaging platform projects from concept through design, prototyping, validation and launch.
Develop technical specifications, BOMs and tolerance analyses to ensure packaging quality and manufacturability.
Support industrialization activities, including trials and supplier qualification for production scale.
Coordinate with NPL Packaging Development, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Procurement and suppliers.
Identify opportunities for cost, quality and sustainability improvements.
