Une entreprise de logistique mondiale cherche un Business Partner pour optimiser les processus de recrutement dans ses stations de livraison en France. Vous travaillerez avec diverses équipes pour gérer les demandes d'embauche et améliorer le pipeline de recrutement. Le candidat idéal aura une licence, de l'expérience dans la gestion des embauches, et sera capable de travailler de manière proactive dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Une licence ou une expérience équivalente dans la gestion de l'embauche.
  • Expérience dans des environnements dynamiques et rapides.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes et à respecter des délais compétitifs.

Responsabilités

  • Aligner les équipes sur les risques d'embauche et les leviers nécessaires.
  • Inspections de la santé du pipeline de recrutement.
  • Travailler avec les équipes internes pour améliorer le processus de recrutement.

Description du poste

This job is open to be based in any FR Delivery station.

Reporting to the SEU Snr Business Manager, the Business Partner will be accountable for the success of Tier 1 associate hiring at regional and site level, leveraging tactical mechanisms to deliver our goals. You will partner with stakeholders from Operations, PxT, Planning and Finance to manage new hire labor requests and associated risks.

Key job responsibilities
  • Execute standard rhythm of business activity as part of the labour planning, ordering and hiring lifecycle for allocated business line.
  • Proactively address emerging roadblocks to enable collective success new hire labour requests.
  • Ownership for Labor Order verification and alignment / adjustment, including Labor Order changes, working with Business, Agency and Central Teams POCs, to ensure process compliance at regional and site level.
  • Resolve business facing questions and escalations in a timely manner, escalating to Business Managers when Central Teams or senior stakeholder involvement is required.
  • Collaborate with WFS Central Teams to analyse site level hot spots of hiring risk or process defects to identify root cause.
  • Leveraging WFS Central Teams for the provision of data, insights and risk mitigation to inform business decisions.
  • Support the delivery of business-facing programs of work that assist in the practical improvement of mechanisms and processes.
  • Own actions and outcomes from business-facing lessons learned at the appropriate level that are both tactical and process-driven.
  • Representing WFS in cross functional strategic programs at country and / or Regional level.
A day in the life

Daily activities will include working with internal teams to align on hiring risk and levers that need to be pulled to mitigate risk. Communicating this to the business and working to influence the labour planning process to assist with hiring success. Inspecting the health of the hiring pipeline and taking on projects to help improve the E2E hiring process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree or above
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer / partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
  • Experience in building financial and operational reports / data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives / projects
  • Experience summarizing and communicating important data
  • Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business
  • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization
  • Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
  • Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
