TotalEnergies' VENUS project is an offshore FPSO initiative in Namibia, featuring deep-water operations and a large rotating equipment scope. The role supports the FPSO Lead Rotating across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with standards and client requirements.

You will lead technical coordination between vendors, contractors and internal teams, drive reliability and performance of rotating machinery, contribute to FATs, audits & HAZOP reviews, and champion HSE best practices

Qualifications

• Experience with FPSO projects in offshore environments.
• Experience with FATs, technical audits, and HAZOP studies.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills in multicultural settings.

Responsabilités

• Support the FPSO Lead Rotating on technical & operational integration of rotating equipment across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Lead technical coordination between vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
