Vestiaire Collective in Paris is seeking an FP&A Manager – Operations to join the FP&A team. You will partner with the COO and senior Finance leaders to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across global operations.

In this role, you will build advanced financial models, define KPIs, develop dashboards, and support operational initiatives from warehouse to customer service, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau.
• Comfort with AI to automate processes.
• Structured, rigorous, and able to translate analyses into business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English and French.
• Experience in tech or marketplace environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Operations scope.
• Monitor performance vs budget; provide actionable insights.
• Define KPI metrics such as CPO, CPI, repayment rate, cost per contact, shipping costs, productivity ratios, CSAT, lead times, and O2C flows.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for clear visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders across Operations.
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations and challenge assumptions.
• Develop advanced financial models for major operational projects and investments.
• Conduct scenario analyses; contribute to strategic analyses including expansion and new ventures.
• Support automation and optimization of closing, reporting and forecasting processes.
