Deezer is seeking a Financial Analyst Intern to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in Paris. The role focuses on music rights, staff and other costs, budgeting, and financial analysis across projects. The internship is six months, starting January 2027, and based in Paris.

Responsibilities include month-end closes, royalties data, variance analysis, and supporting forecasts. Ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's in Finance with fluency in French and English, strong Excel, and

Qualifications

• Master's program in Finance or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end financial reports (P&L, accruals, KPIs).
• Prepare data inputs for royalties and expenses calculations.
• Support monthly royalties reporting and analysis.
• Analyze variances vs. last year, last month and budget.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and P&L follow-up.
• Update business plans and monthly financial analysis.
• Contribute to yearly forecasting process.
• Support modelling of rightsholder negotiations and feasibility assessments.
• Contribute to operational excellence in FP&A.
