Contentsquare in Paris is seeking an FP&A Apprentice to join our finance team at the start of January. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be an integral part of the finance department.

You will help drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis, build financial reports and dashboards in Pigment, and perform ad-hoc modeling. You will partner with R&D, Product, Legal, and IT to strengthen financial oversight in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed finance-related degree or certification.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Anaplan is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end variance analysis.
• Support month-end close by analyzing departmental performance against forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Pigment to enhance executive decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling (e.g., SaaS stack reviews, hosting cost analysis).
• Partner with R&D, Product, Legal, and IT teams to gather data, insights, and improve financial oversight.
• Support the rollout of revenue analysis tools and streamline planning workflows.
• Assist in documenting FP&A processes.
