Terumo Neuro is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the EMEA region, based in Île-de-France. You will own planning processes and partner with commercial and management teams across the region to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and KPI-driven reporting. You will leverage Excel and Power BI to deliver insights, support sales commissions analysis, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI.
• Ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong business partnering with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Support FP&A financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for EMEA.
• Deliver regular FP&A analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to management using Excel and Power BI.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to management and commercial teams across the region.
• Assist Sales commissions analysis with Sales, HR and Accounting; validate data and payouts vs targets.
• Drive automation and standardisation to improve FP&A processes across functions.

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst, EMEA to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A EMEA, you will be much more than a reporting resource: you will own key planning processes and act as a true business partner to our commercial and management teams across the region.

What you will do

• Financial Planning & Forecasting : Support EMEA budgeting, forecasting and outlook processes; prepare variance analyses vs. budget and forecast; contribute to scenario and ad-hoc financial modeling.


• Performance Analysis & Reporting : Deliver regular FP&A analyses and management reporting; build and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI); identify trends, risks and opportunities.


• Business Partnering : Be a trusted finance partner to management and commercial teams; translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights; challenge assumptions constructively and contribute to business reviews.


• Sales Commissions Analysis : Support EMEA commission calculations with Sales, HR and Accounting; validate data accuracy and payouts vs. targets and policies; analyse commission expense vs. performance and margins.


• Process Improvement : Drive automation, standardisation and data quality across FP&A, in close collaboration with Accounting, Sales and Supply Chain.

What you bring

• 3–4 years' experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling


• Solid track record in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis


• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)


• Ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders


• Business partnering experience with senior commercial leaders


• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills


• Fluent English
