Job summary

Dust is seeking its first Product Manager in Paris to turn raw signals into actionable priorities. You’ll work with the product team to translate company priorities and user feedback into clear problems for the team to solve.

As a founding PM, you’ll own outcomes, drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, marketing and operations, and shape the product strategy in a fast-growing, office-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product experience at an early-stage company.
• Founding PM mentality; hands-on builder with strategic vision.
• Excellent information synthesis from customer feedback, sales calls, and Slack.
• Strong communication and ability to operate with distributed authority.
• Technical proficiency to understand systems and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and synthesize feedback from GTM, users, and product.
• Shape initiatives with engineers and designers; define objectives and KPIs.
• Own outcomes with cross-functional teams; track measured impact.
• Own artefacts in the Dust platform (agents, skills, data) and evolve them.
• Translate company priorities into actionable product, marketing, and ops initiatives.
