Stakha is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup in Paris. You will own features from concept to production, building an AI decision platform for industrial operations and working closely with the CTO and CEO.

You should have hands-on software engineering experience, from-scratch project mindset, and be comfortable with uncertainty in a startup. Bonus for Applied AI, production-grade features, and strong architectural thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals and clean architecture mindset.
• Proven ability to own features from concept to production in early-stage contexts.
• Product-minded, autonomous, comfortable with uncertainty.

Responsabilités

• Own features from concept to production for the AI platform.
• Build production-grade features across backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with CTO/CEO and stakeholders to shape architecture.
