Mistral is assembling its founding design team to shape how developers and enterprises interact with Koyeb and Mistral Cloud—the next generation of AI and infrastructure platforms. Your work will power our infrastructure products and be woven into Mistral Studio, ensuring a seamless experience from model deployment to end-user applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex, technical products.
• AI-first designer with ability to build interactive prototypes and review PRs.
• Obsessed with craft—visual, interaction, and motion design details.
• User-centered design approach focusing on real problems.
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive in fast-moving environments.
• Experience designing for developers, DevOps, or infrastructure teams (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD).
• Experience with data-heavy dashboards and AI/ML workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end experiences for cloud and infrastructure products.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship interfaces for complex technical concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research to balance needs and constraints.
• Contribute to design system ensuring accessibility and consistency.
• Design for power users and newcomers, balancing depth and usability.
• Integrate designs into Mistral Studio to unify tools and user journeys.
