Steerlab is hiring a senior engineer to join the founding team and help build advanced agentic AI systems powering the Steerlab platform. You will work with Gleam, Python and JavaScript to develop key stack components and influence the product direction.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience, a product-driven mindset, and strong autonomy, with a track record of delivering high-quality software in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
