Armature (YC P26) is seeking a hands-on engineer to own customer delivery. You will learn each customer’s business, design experiments, and shape how we deliver value as we scale. You’ll work with product and research engineers to translate field learnings into product improvements.

You will build processes, standards, and tools for customer operations, own key customer relationships, and drive automation using AI agents—delivering measurable results with high ownership and initiative.

Qualificações

• Comprised degree in engineering from a top school; internships OK for new grads.
• Ability to work with customers to understand business problems and growth challenges.
• Experience guiding AI-driven automation projects and evaluating outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build the customer operations function: processes, standards, tools.
• Understand each customer's business and growth problems in depth.
• Design and run experiments for each customer and present results.
• Own the relationship with customers and the promised results.
• Use AI agents to automate delivery, one repeated task at a time.
• Feed field learnings back to product to prioritize improvements.
