Job summary

Lucis in Paris is seeking a strategic right hand to the CEO to turn ambiguity into execution. You will own cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors and partners on behalf of the CEO.

In the first 6 months you’ll draft investor updates, coordinate board materials, lead expansion prep across the UK, Portugal, and Spain, and create dashboards for CEO visibility while running weekly leadership syncs with department heads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting or investment banking.
• Direct work with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• Master of execution: builds models, decks, and ships projects end-to-end.
• SaaS power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools.
• Exceptional writer: investor memos, board materials, strategic docs.
• Fluent in English and French.

The role

Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

What You’ll Own (first 6 Months)

About You

• You have 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
• You've worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment
• You're a master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end
• You're a SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• You're an exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs
• You're fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)
