Job summary

Vocca is seeking a Founder Associate intern to work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff, tackling market exploration, growth enablement, and finance tasks across Paris and New York. You'll deliver structured recommendations and build scalable processes within a fast-growing AI healthcare startup.

The role reports to Maxime and is based in Paris with potential US exposure; starting January 2027 for a 6-month end-of-studies internship. Compensation includes a monthly stipend and benefits.

Qualifications

• You are in your final year at a top-tier engineering or business school and looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027
• You have already built something: led a project or startup, or worked in a demanding environment
• You are fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

• Market exploration: run quantified studies on new verticals and countries, market sizing and segmentation
• Growth and US sales enablement: design growth experiments and build target account lists
• Finance structuring: build financial models and the reports to steer the company
• Public affairs: follow AI regulation in healthcare and map public bodies in France and US
• Founder branding: raise Eliott and Hugo's visibility across healthcare professionals and talent
• Ops playbook: map steps and optimize processes for scalable deployment
