Job summary

Orasio is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Paris to drive successful deployment of our AI-driven video intelligence solutions in highly constrained environments. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting deployment, integration, and rollout while ensuring adoption and value realization.

• 2+ years of experience in technical environments with operational or regulatory constraints.
• Strong technical acumen in software and hardware systems.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse, senior stakeholders.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, rapid iteration, and regulated environments.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Orasio's solutions in constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments.

The Role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive the successful deployment of Orasio's solutions in highly constrained environments:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Orasio's customers.

• Support deployment, integration, and roll-out of our solutions.

• Support end users in adopting the product and maximizing its value, including by working closely with them on initial use cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers , leading engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation

• Drive the successful delivery of Orasio's solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments

• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Adapt Orasio' solutions to real-world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams

• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our deployment processes and methodologies.

Ideal Profile

• 2+ years of experience, including experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (e.g. on-premise, secure or air-gapped systems)

• Strong technical acumen, with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems

• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors

• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments.

• Fluency in French and English.
