Job summary

CHANEL in Paris is seeking a Forecast Manager to lead sales forecasting for the EMEA Travel Retail and EXPORT Local Markets. You will drive the reliability and alignment of forecasts across functions and with distributors, coordinating with Export Product Category & Merchandising, Operations, Finance and the European forecast team.

You will build consolidated forecasts, lead monthly cycles, monitor performance, and push continuous improvement of forecasting tools, including AI, to support

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business or Engineering required.
5+ years of experience in sales forecasting, supply chain, business planning, or management control.
Experience in luxury, beauty or retail is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data analysis.
Fluent professional English.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with rigor and autonomy.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and consolidate forecasts for Travel Retail and Local Export Markets.
Lead the monthly forecasting process with stakeholders.
Monitor forecast performance indicators; provide insights.
Ensure forecasting data quality, governance and integration with budgets.
Contribute to development and improvement of forecasting tools, including AI.
