Salomon seeks a Footwear Design Manager to define, embody, and lead the Design strategy for the Sportstyle perimeter. You will guard the creative vision and ensure coherence across footwear collections, managing a team split between Annecy and Paris in an international, fast-evolving environment.

You will drive design briefs, resource planning, and validation sessions, while translating brand vision into 2D/3D concepts and color proposals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Design preferred.
• 10 years of professional experience in footwear product design and development.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Define & Lead the Design Strategy across Footwear collections.
• Drive the creative process with briefs, resources, and validation sessions.
• Define & embody the artistic direction: shapes, colors, materials, graphics.
• Oversee evolution of Footwear lines and ensure stylistic consistency.
• Lead & develop the design team across Paris and Annecy.
