Happitat Adventure Parks in France invites energetic team players to join our outdoor café and retail team. You’ll pour drinks, create tasty bites, and help keep our park welcoming, safe, and efficient for guests exploring nature.

You’ll work Thursday through Monday, in varying weather, with opportunities to develop barista and food-service skills while enjoying stunning park views.

Qualifications

• Outstanding barista skills and experience serving beverages.
• Experience with preparing and serving various food items.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification is advantageous.
• Current Food Handling Certificate and First Aid are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide friendly service with a smile.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items.
• Maintain kitchen and reception areas cleanliness and sanitisation.
• Adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Assist with sales and retail area replenishment.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards.

Do you know your lattes from your cappuccinos? Do you love the aroma of fresh ground coffee as much as the scent of nature? As ambassadors of Happitat, we’re looking for a solid crew to keep our adventurers refreshed, recharged, and ready for more. Whether you're pouring the perfect coffee, serving up tasty bites, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming space where nature and people come together.

This Role Requires Someone Who

• Radiates positive and vibrant energy to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed and appreciated.
• Maintains the visual appeal, cleanliness and sanitisation of the kitchen and reception areas.
• Adheres to safe food handling practices.
• Monitors offerings and controls stock and waste management.
• Assists with sales and stock replenishment of the retail area.
• Serves hold & cold beverages, make mouth-watering smoothies, and prepare and serve delicious food items.
• Assists with department opening and closing procedures.
• Conducts regular inspections & audits of work areas to identify & remedy potential safety hazards or issues.

Do you fit the bill?

• Outstanding barista skills
• Experience with preparing and serving various food items
• Possession of a Food Safety Supervisor Certification is advantageous
• A current Food Handling Certificate (Standard 3.2.2)
• A current First Aid certificate
• A good degree of physical fitness
• An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
• Your own reliable vehicle

Are you prepared?

• Areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors, and maintains their physical fitness.
• Our days of operation are Thursday to Monday.
• Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays are our time to shine, so all hands are on deck. Availability during these times is a minimum requirement.
