Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Full Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician to join the Training Devices Maintenance & Support team. You will interact daily with instructors and trainees, performing essential maintenance, troubleshooting IT/electronics, and ensuring high reliability of training devices in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in flight simulators, strong IT/network skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bac+2/3 in Aeronautics, IT or automatisation or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Flight Simulator.
• Experience with networks, Windows/Linux; knowledge of Airbus systems.
• Understand customer needs and deliver effective support.
• English level: intermediate; readiness for shift work.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operation and maintenance of Training Devices to meet MTBF standards.
• Perform IT/electronics troubleshooting as requested by instructors.
• Provide technical support outside regular hours without supervision.
• Support training sessions and report efficiently to teams/managers.
• Maintain device readiness and updates outside normal hours when needed.
