Crealis Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial performance in a dynamic manufacturing business. You will drive financial transparency, partner with operations, and ensure reliable information for local management and Group Finance.

Responsibilities span budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and continuous improvement of processes. Fluency in English and French is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or business finance roles in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and French; Italian an asset.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and validate management reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and support functions to drive business performance.
• Monitor working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Act as a key interface between the local organization and Group Finance.
• Contribute to implementing common financial systems, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial performance of a dynamic manufacturing business.

This position combines financial control, business partnering, planning, and performance analysis, providing direct support to both local management and Group Finance. The successful candidate will help drive financial transparency, improve decision-making, and ensure the reliability of financial information across the organization.

What you will do
