Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks an experienced finance professional in France to support monthly and annual financial statements, IFRS and SP GAAP, and tax compliance. You will partner with interfaces, monitor statutory requirements, and collaborate with tax advisors and auditors in a dynamic, international setting.

The role emphasizes SAP FI, BW/EDW, and advanced Excel skills, with English fluency and independent, process-driven thinking.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, preferably with further development in Finance (Balance Sheet Accountant) or university degree in finance.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, in particular preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Good knowledge of SAP / R3 FI and BW/EDW.
• Good knowledge of dealing with MS OFFICE, especially Excel.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in France in accordance with established deadlines and Company policies and Accounting Principles (SP GAAP and IFRS).
• Monthly account review as well as reconciliation and control of the balance sheet and income statement.
• Review of the alcohol tax.
• Business partner for the interfaces.
• Responsibility on ensuring Statutory requirements are met.
• Monitoring, ensuring and compliance with company guidelines.
• Cooperation with tax advisors and auditors.
• Support of projects in the finance sector.
